We loved our stay here. The location was perfect for us as it was close to everything we wanted, including the hospital and the American university. The service was exceptional, from the friendly staff at the reception to the attentive cleaners. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen and a balcony with a great view. The hotel also offered convenient services such as car hire and airport shuttle. we highly recommend this place for its excellent location and top-notch service.

There are no pets allowed. However, we still recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Our little home in Beirut. I booked a stay at Santona Residence and it truly felt like our own little home in Beirut. The staff were amazing, very helpful and cheerful. The property's modern look stood out compared to others in the neighborhood. It was extremely clean, comfortable, and well located in the center of Beirut, making everything accessible by walking, even the beaches. The apartments we booked were spacious and felt like home. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Beirut.

Located near a university hospital and close to a laundry shop, this hotel is in a prime spot near Hamra street and the American university. the spacious and cozy rooms with luxurious bedding and modern decor offer a comfortable stay. Enjoy delicious Lebanese breakfast in-room or explore the local cuisine. the staff is friendly and accommodating, with helpful services like on-time airport transfers.

Cleaning services could use improvement, as some guests noticed issues with bed sheets.

Lobby with elevator and 24-hour front desk: The lobby of this place is like a control center, always ready to assist you in your adventures. It's like having your very own personal concierge at your disposal 24/7, making sure you have a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Locations a bit unsafe: Unfortunately, the surrounding streets can be dimly lit and not very secure.

Great sized rooms and housekeeping was very clean. The location was perfect, close to all of the popular spots and conveniently located. Having breakfast delivered to the room was also a major plus.

There were some downsides to this hotel stay. The building itself was outdated and in need of some renovations.

We had a great xmas getaway at this residence. the rooms were spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. the location was central and everything was within walking distance. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center.

The signage for the building is not very clear, making it difficult to locate for first-time guests. the reception staff could have been more helpful in providing information about the local area.
